Fran and Francesca have been friends forever but now Francesca's morphing into someone super-sophisticated. She's hanging out with the cool crowd, including school pin-up Quinn Adams (though she's most definitely not one of his hopeless-loser groupies). Fran's getting tired of being left in the background and wishes that just once someone would notice her wit, talent and all-round greatness.
