Although the famous balcony scene is included, the duel is replaced by a confrontation between the Montague cat and the rather large Capulet dog. In the parody of Antony and Cleopatra, Clarabelle Cow takes the role of Cleopatra with a fiery, domineering character that can become mild and charming when she chooses. The plot here involves Peg-Leg Pete as Petrus plotting to overthrow Cleopatra. Mickey and Goofy have to work hard to save the Egyptian Queen from the fate planned for her.
