1. “The Grand Wolfie Contest” ("The Contest") is organised by Big Bad Wolf Books Sdn. Bhd. ("The Organiser") shall be held from 21st June 2021 to 6th July 2021 (“Contest Period”).
2. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without any prior notice. Unless an Extended Period is announced, any entries received after last day of the contest period (due to any reason howsoever and/or whatsoever arising) shall be disqualified. Any participation in the Contest during the Contest Period and Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"), which shall remain in full force and effect throughout.
3. The Contestants must have a valid residential address in the Republic of the Philippines.
4. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the said Contest:
a. Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser (including its subsidiaries and related companies), including but not exclusive to their respective immediate family members, meaning parents, spouses, children and siblings;
b. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of the Organiser, including but not exclusive to their respective immediate family members, meaning parents, spouses, children and siblings.
5. Contestants are required to complete the following steps to participate the Contest:

Step 2
Share the 'Grand Wolfie Contest' post to be eligible to win. The post should be made public and must remain visible throughout the Contest Period and Extended Period, if any.
Step 3
Use the hashtag: #BBWPHGrandWolfie #BBWPHOnlineSale in the post(s).
Step 4
Winners will be selected randomly by the Organiser.
Contest Duration: June 21-July 6, 2021 only, subject to extension.
Announcement of Winners: July 7, 2021, subject to change due to the Extended Period.
5.1 Contestants may share as many completed Entries as they wish on Contestants’ personal social media accounts during the Contest Period. Each Entry must be shared publicly and remain public throughout the Contest Period. The higher the number of entries submitted, the higher the chances of winning. Incomplete, illegible Entries or defective sales receipt will render the Entries being disqualified.
5.5 The Organiser reserves the absolute right to reject any Entry/Entries at its sole and absolute
discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever.

6.1 Each Contestant is entitled to win one (1) Prize only.
6.2 The Prizes will be delivered upon verification of identity unless advised otherwise, no later than one month after the winners' announcement has been made.
6.3 Only contestants who fulfil the Contest Mechanics stated above shall be eligible to win the Prize. Incomplete entries and/or Contestant that fail to fulfil the Contest mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Contest without notice.
6.4 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice and all Prizes are non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable.
6.5 In the event, for any reason whatsoever, any of the Winners is unable to collect the winning prize within the stipulated time period, the Winner shall be deemed to have given up the right to the Prizes and the Organiser shall not be liable to reimburse or compensate the Winner. The Organiser shall not be obliged to give an extension notice of the Prize Collection Period. All unclaimed Prizes after the Collection Period will be forfeited.
6.6 All Prizes are given on an "As Is" basis and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash, credit, other items or voucher, in part or in full.
6.7 The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the Prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage there to or arising therefrom.
6.8 All Winners will be notified through a Winners’ Announcement post, posted across BBW Philippines Online Book Sale social media channels after the Contest closing date. Winners are required to contact the Organiser via Facebook Direct Message (DM) within one (1) week from the Contest’s closing date; failing which, the Prize will be forfeited. The Organiser reserves the right to use any other method or medium it deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Winners.
6.9 The Organiser will not be held liable for compensation in the event the Winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons after at least three (3) attempts.
6.10 The Organiser reserves the rights to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of Winners and to fulfill the delivery of the Prizes. Winners hereby agree that the Organiser may provide all necessary information of Winners to such third party to facilitate such verification services.
6.11 The Organiser’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
6.12. Identification i.e. NRIC, government issued IDs and/or passport that displays a photograph of the Winner will be required. In the event the Organiser is requested to post/courier a Prize to a Winner, the Organiser will not be held liable of non-receipt of Prize by the Winner or any damages caused during the delivery process. No replacement and/or exchange of Prize will be entertained.
6.13 The Organiser reserves the rights to forfeit Prize of any Winner who does not provide the required details as stipulated in the Contest Terms and Conditions.
6.14 Under special circumstances and subject to the absolute discretion of the Organiser, a Winner may nominate a designated representative to collect the Prize. The representative will be required to present a written authorization from the Winner and photocopy of Winner's NRIC, ID and/or passport (front & back).
6.15 All Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the Winner, and the Organiser excludes all warranties in connection with any Prize to the extent permitted by law.
6.16 All Prizes must be collected within thirty (30) days from the date of notification ("Collection Period"). Winners are solely responsible for the collection of the Prize, and the Organiser shall not be obliged to give extension notice of the Prize Collection Period. All unclaimed Prizes after the Collection Period will be forfeited.
6.17 In the event that a Winner chooses not to accept a Prize, they forfeit all claims to that Prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of the Organiser.
6.18 In the event the Organiser has a prize giving ceremony, the Winners are required to attend at his/her own cost and expense to collect the Prize. In the event the Winner is not able to attend the prize giving ceremony, the Winner must nominate a representative to be present at the prize giving ceremony to accept the prize on his/her behalf otherwise the Organiser shall re-select the winners. For the avoidance of doubt, the representative shall produce authorization letter as per Clause 6.14 above.
Other Terms & Conditions:
7.0 Contestants and Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents (including death) resulting from their participation in the Contest, redemption and/or utilisation of the Prizes and agree to release and hold the Organiser and its Prize partners free and harmless of any liability whatsoever.
7.1 All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest and to redeem the Prize is the sole responsibility of the Contestant(s) and/or Winner(s).
7.2 The Contestants hereby consented to the use of their names and/or photographs as materials for the purposes of advertising, trade and/or publicity, without any prior notice to the Contestants. The Contestants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the said materials.
7.3 By participating in the Contest, Contestants hereby give their consent to and authorise the Organiser to disclose their particulars to third party service providers and/or partners engaged by the Organiser for purposes of the Contest and/or any customer survey in understanding Contestants' purchasing behavior.
7.4 The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding and no further correspondences or attempts to dispute such a decision will be entertained.
7.5 The Organiser reserves the absolute rights to change, amend, delete and/or add to the Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.
7.6 By participating in this Contest, Contestants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Contest and the decision of the Organiser.
7.7 An individual who participates in the Contest may be required to submit personal or confidential information about himself or herself (including without limitation his or her name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, marital status, occupation, spending preferences or any other such information) ("Personal Information") to the Organiser. The Organiser will treat such information in accordance with the relevant law in protecting personal data.
7.8 This contest is organised by Big Bad Wolf Books Sdn. Bhd.
